beautiful outdoor spaces, historic and charming surroundings, proximity to Corsham Court
The public areas could use a refresh – shabby decor doesn't inspire confidence!!! Noise from the street made relaxing impossible, and attention to detail in dining experiences truly needs improvement!!!

The bed in my room was super comfy, and I loved the quick check-in process that saved me time. There’s also a lovely garden area for relaxing and a cozy lounge that’s perfect for unwinding with a drink after a long day. The only downside was the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, I had a fantastic stay! 😊

We had an amazing two-night stay where we enjoyed fantastic homemade biscuits and a complimentary drink in our cozy Double Room. The sun terrace and garden were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The only minor issue was the missed small breakfast buffet from our last visit, but it didn't tarnish our overall experience. 😊

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring fresh milk and quality toiletries. The dining experience was exceptional, with dishes like Dexter Beef Fillet that impressed. A slight drawback was the potential mattress issue, as we could feel a split, and some noise from the nearby street may disturb light sleepers.

Perfect getaway for couples
We got complimentary Prosecco in the mini bar, a nice touch that made us feel special. the dinner we had was amazing, tasted like it was made with real care, none of that fast food nonsense.
It was a bit pricey but worth every cent.

We had a wonderful stay with our large family and our child at this charming pub, which felt steeped in history since it dates back to Tudor times. The cozy rooms were quite inviting, and the ambiance provided a lovely touch to our evenings.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the pub below was quite bothersome for a family with children.
